Sheridan's is too an alcohol-dependent digest (coffee superimposed cordial) from either Thomas Sheridan & Sons (Dublin). Sheridan le Fanu (1814–1873) was an Irish writer of short stories. He is virtually all typically remembered for the novelette Carmilla.
